Shipping Policy
SHIPPING COSTS
After we receive your order and payment is confirmed we prepare the shipping once all articles are available. If your order contains articles which aren’t on stock but marked as Backorder we wait with the shipping until your order is complete.
If your choice is pick-up then you can get already your articles on stock at our local store and we notify you when the Backorder is available.
We use following national shipping methods through LBC.
- Pick-Up: FREE
- Pouch small: 150 Pesos
- Pouch large: 200 Pesos
- Parcel small: 450 Pesos
- Parcel large: 950 Pesos
Refund Policy
Refusing an Order
If you refuse an order you will not receive a refund. You always have to contact us first if something is wrong with your order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Verify your Order
Check your items before you final order it. We are not responsible if you selected the wrong product or entered duplicate data on the same order. If you see on your order confirmation something wrong, then please contact us immediately.
Returns (damaged items)
We will accept no returns without a return authorization number. You cannot return opened or used product for any reason. If an item or part is missing from a package please notify us and we will work with the manufacturer to replace the missing item. All returns must be shipped at your expense.
Returns (warehouse errors)
If Arcanopolis makes a mistake in packaging we will work to fix that order immediately with no additional charge.
Cancellations or Changes
After you submit your order; you cannot cancel your order without contacting us directly. All restock orders are processed immediately and once processed are subject to the same policy as returns. This does not pertain to PreOrders or Reserved Stock orders.
Returned Deliveries
Our carriers charge a shipping fee when a package must be returned to the shipper. If you refuse an order or if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you agree to pay the return shipping costs. This charge will be billed separately to you. If any package can not be delivered due to our error, no additional shipping charges will be applied. We will make right any error that is a result of our performance.
